 “The important coaching is conducted in the early ages and should be used to develop soccer players to be technically capable of performing the tactical and physical aspects of the game when/if the time arrives. The development of soccer players should ensure absolute proficiency in all the fundamentals so a strong base exist. The role of a coach is to teach a player to understand, respect and nurture the game, if playing at the highest level or recreationally for fun. The game is simple enjoy your soccer and don’t make it complex!”
